July and August weekly rental only, Saturday to Saturday.
$2800 for the week.
Off season $250 night, 2 night minimum.
Availability
Whole house is available to you. Road leading to the house is about a 3 km walk, so feel free to walk to the highway and back for your leisurely morning walks with your pets.
Other Things To Note
While we welcome dogs we do have some reasonable but firm policies:

No wet dogs in house.

Please dry off dogs if wet before entering the house

Please bring your own dog beds

Please bring your own dog towels

No dogs allowed on furniture or beds

No excessive or disturbing barking will be tolerated as we do have neighbors and want to respect their space

Dogs are not to be left alone in cottage

A sleeping crate for your dog is required

All "doggy doo" must be scooped and bagged and removed off premises. We do not provide this service.

PROPERTY
Beautiful cedar Home on Big Crosby Lake. Great sunrises on your private master bedroom deck. 50 steps gets you into pristine water off your own private dock. Close to the Historic towns of Perth and Westport . Very quiet and secluded private large lot. Lots of quiet areas to take the dog for a walk. Downstairs deck is off the kitchen great for BBQ or just lazing around and get into your new book.

The Space
Very Large Private Lot. Classic cedar chalet style with great balcony with hammocks off of master bedroom. Enjoy the awesome view of the lake from here while relaxing with your favorite beverage.
